Our story
Mauritius now has its own cookie.
Mauritius Cookie started with a simple idea: a souvenir you can actually taste. We bake a rich shortbread with macadamia nuts, flavour it with the fruits of the island and cut every cookie into a palm tree, just like the one on our logo.
We opened our shop at Le Caudan Waterfront in Port Louis on 7 September 2026. Come in, try every flavour for free, and fill your box straight from the baskets.

Are Mauritius Cookie biscuits made in Mauritius?
Yes, Mauritius Cookie biscuits are locally made in Mauritius, in our own lab in Grand Gaube, in the north of the island. Every cookie is crafted with natural ingredients and sugar from Mauritius, so each box carries the authentic flavours of the island.
Where can I buy Mauritius Cookie?
You can buy Mauritius Cookie at our boutique at Le Caudan Waterfront in Port Louis, open Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm and Sunday 9:30am to 12:30pm, and at My Pop-Up Store in Grand Baie (La Croisette), Cap Tamarin and Bagatelle. More locations across Mauritius are coming soon, so check the map on our website, which we update regularly.
Does Mauritius Cookie sell gift boxes?
Yes, Mauritius Cookie comes in premium packaging designed as a gift, with a luxury feel and an island touch. Each purchase comes with a beautiful bag and box that can be reused long after the cookies are gone, making it an ideal souvenir from Mauritius.
Can I buy Mauritius Cookie at the airport or in hotels?
Mauritius Cookie is not yet available at the airport duty free, but we're working on it, so we recommend buying before your flight. Mauritius Cookie will soon be available in many hotel boutiques across the island. Check the map on our website, which we update regularly.
Does Mauritius Cookie ship outside Mauritius?
Unfortunately, Mauritius Cookie does not currently ship outside Mauritius. We'd love to welcome you on our beautiful island, so visit our boutique at Le Caudan Waterfront in Port Louis or one of our partner stores before you fly home.
What is in the cookies?
A buttery shortbread base, macadamia nuts and natural flavours. All cookies contain wheat (gluten), milk, eggs and macadamia nuts. See nutrition and allergens for the details.
How long do they keep?
Each cookie is sealed in its own bag with its dates printed on it. Keep them somewhere cool and dry and enjoy them before the date on the bag.
Can I take them on the plane?
Yes. They are individually wrapped and our boxes fit easily in hand luggage, which makes them the perfect souvenir to take home.
Can I really taste before I buy?
Yes, tasting is free at our Caudan shop, every day. Try as many flavours as you like, then fill your box.
Do you deliver?
Yes. The cost depends on where you are, so we confirm it with you by WhatsApp when you order. You can also collect for free at our Caudan shop.
How do I pay?
You pay when you collect or when your order is delivered, by cash, card or Juice. Nothing is charged on the website.
What happens to cookies that don't sell?
They never go to waste. Before any cookie reaches its date, we take it to local orphanages. We also give 2% of our profits to them.
Can I order for a wedding or a company?
Of course. Use the gifts and events form above and we will send you a quote, including custom messages or your logo on the sleeve.
